Infrared DLC Coated Windows
The DLC Coated window is a technique for forming plasma in a high vacuum state and coating the surface of the product with carbon which is the main component of diamond, and is manufactured using PVD or CVD equipment. DLC coating serves as a window for increasing the transmittance of the infrared region, and it is applied to products which require high durability and hardness on the surface exposed to the outside. By using a dielectric on the DLC coated side, it can show higher transmittance and continues to be a high quality product of the imaging application.
